Dental Insurance can be a wonderful benefit, but understanding your benefits can often be confusing. There are many types of plans available through employers, organziations, and for individual purchase. At this time, we are only in-network with Cigna PPO plans. All other insurance plans would be considered out-of-network, but that does not mean you wouldn't have coverage in our office. Our team of experts can help you determine what benefits you have and we will do our best to estimate your out of pocket expenses.
We are happy to file your claims to any insurance company and will estimate your coverage at your visit. Any amounts we know your plan will not cover (deductibles, co-insurance amounts, exclusions, and any amount over your maximum) will be due at the time of service. After we receive payment from your plan, you would be responsible for any other amounts not covered.
Please know, that we work 100% for our patients and not insurance companies. Please understand that the fees we charge and the treatment we reccommend is based on your individual needs and not dependant on your insurance coverage.
